Lysandra: Lysandra is a Registered Dietitian who has a passion for Exercise and Holistic Wellness. With a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from Michigan State University, a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and a Graduate Certificate in Holistic Health from Western Michigan University, she has worked for several years in Weight Management, Community Nutrition and Health Clubs to build a broad range of clinical and practical knowledge of Nutrition and Wellness. Lysandra's passion for sharing Nutrition Messages has been the basis of this blog. Spreading the word about cooking natural foods and bringing up health conscious families is Lysandra's goal. Posts are short and sweet with recipe links, nutrition messages from Kids Eat Right and Norwex product spotlights.
