Eat Right for a Healthy Mouth and Teeth
Not only is Halloween coming, but do you remember Teachers passing out candy on a regular basis when we were in school? No way! Sugar sweetened beverages, snacks, yogurts and even "fresh fruits" wreak havoc on our waist lines, our attention spans and even our teeth. Starting healthy oral care habits young is of utmost importance because a healthy mouth and a healthy diet go hand-in-hand.
