I have been known to use a coupon or two when shopping but saving money does not have to be extreme. Sensible shopping will save you plenty of money. Use coupons for items you normally buy and purchase a few things a ahead of time if they are on sale.  You do not  need to have a "stockpile" to be considered a savvy shopper.
